A sign in Santa Maria's beach
While I was walking towards Santa Maria's beach, on the island of Sal, Cabo Verde, I saw some colourful signs written on the wood.
Giorgio, thank you for your wishes! Have a happy, joyful weekend to you too!
ReplyDeleteSame to you, Anna.
DeleteGood messages on the signs.
ReplyDeleteWishing you peace and happiness this last weekend of May.
All the best Jan
Buena reflexión. Te mando un beso.
ReplyDeleteI really love these signs. I hope people follow the instructions. Have a nice weekend.
ReplyDeleteThey are good those signs, and I hope people adhere to them, Giorgio.
ReplyDeleteI hope too, Margaret. Those signs may be useful to keep the beach clean.
Delete...this beach bum would love to spend the weekend at the beach. Giorgio, I wish you a fabulous weekend.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Tom ☀
DeleteHere's how I read that first sign painted on the wood: The "earth" belongs to no one, but to us all. Let's take what's ours!
ReplyDeleteThat's right, Alexandra. According a Native American proverb, "We do not inherit the Earth from our ancestors; we borrow it from our children".

ReplyDeleteA nice way to remind people to keep the beach clean. I think it's great.
I hope it will work, Andrea :-) ☀
DeleteI hope that people will respect the messages on these signs and keep the beach clean.
ReplyDeleteI hope too, David, Unfortunately we need more signs like that one.
DeleteMay the messages inspire kindness and care for nature.
ReplyDeleteGreat capture, Giorgio.
