Christmas cold-bloodedly attack

On 28 December our blogger friend from Poland, Anna , published her point of view about the perpetrator of the Magdeburg's Christmas massacre. She rightly wrote that the author of the deadly attack is a murderer.  He cannot be called otherwhise,  as he cold-bloodedly attacked  Christian people  while they were enjoying a time of joy. In this perspective, Berlin's judges  must not talk about any mental disorder or other problems.  He killed people guilty of being Christians.

All German tourists I host last Summer  told me about Germany's bad situation due to mass immigration. I think that policy-makers' hypocrisy of altruism about illegal and unchecked mass immigration has been destroying European tradition.

According to a British online newspaper (The Independent, that's its name), Christmas markets date to the late middle ages in the German-speaking part of Europe. And the older Christmas market can be found in Wien (1296). I don't think the killer acted alone. I don't think  he is mad ... it is all too clear that they want to destroy our identity.

I took the 1st and the 3rd above photos from Munchen's rooftops ten years ago, before the wicked migration policy had damaged Germany. The 2nd one was taken in 2010 from Berlin TV Tower.

Christmas markets in EU

Almost a decade ago, UAE Foreign Minister, Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, warned EU governments of what would happen if they continued down their path of suicidal altruism by inviting dangerous fanatics into their countries. They should have listened, as there  have been at least seven attacks on Christmas markets in recent years, four in Germany and three in France.

(in 2014, when Christmas markets weren't hit yet, I took the above photo from München's rooftops)

Now, after the Magdeburg's Christmas market attack, many European policy-makers try to deny the connection between mass migration and acts of terrorism. But there are evidence that before the migration crisis such attacks did not happen in Europe.

Burqa ban initiative

In early October Switzerland approved a new bill to ban women from wearing the burqa or niqab in public spaces. Other European countries had already introduced the same bill as we see now in Switzerland.

The members of the Swiss lower Parliament approved the bill, which prohibits people from concealing their face, by a vote of 88 to 87.  This means that women may wear a hijab covering ther hair, but cannot wear clothes which only show the eyes (burqa or niqab) in restaurants, streets, buses, etc. Although the bill specifies that the eyes, nose and mouth must be visible, there are some exceptions to the law, such as wearing a mask to protect against viruses.

France is the first European country to introduce a ban on full face coverings. There are currently other European countries that have banned the burqa or niqab: Switzerland, as just mentioned, the Netherlands, Bulgaria, Belgium, Denmark, and Austria. But there are also countries in Africa and Asia that have already banned clothes which only show the eyes. They are: Morocco, Tunisia, Congo, Gabon, Chad, Cameroon, Sri Lanka, China, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan.

We wait and see if other EU countries will approve the same bill.

Neha

This week an Afghan eight-year-old girl, Neha, was very happy after she had landed at Melsbroek airport in Belgium. "I never want to return to Afghanistan", she said.

A picture of the Afghan girl jumping at the Belgian airport then went around the world. Her happiness symbolizes the hope and relief of many people who fled the taliban regime in Afghanistan 🇦🇫

Sharia law in Afghanistan

As soon as the US and other Westerners pullout from the Afghan territory, Taliban leaders will be able to impose the Sharia law in Afghanistan. This means that religion will be mixed with government, as we have already seen in Saudi Arabia and Iran.

The two islamic countries just above mentioned, which are respectively a theocratic monarchy and an islamic republic, often give conflicting interpretations of the Sharia law.  For istance, there are differences with regard to dispute settlements, legal matters, punishment, and marital disputes. In this context, Taliban leaders are going to establish Sharia regime in Afghanistan.

On the contrary, everything including religion must evolve with time. That's the reason why religion law may not have a place in modern societies governed by constitutional systems.

2017 Gulf countries' crisis

With regard to the ongoing crisis of Middle East countries, most international experts, diplomats and politicians are talking about mediation as a good process where disputing parties may resolve the conflict. What actually the word "mediation" means in this conflict?
As it is known, four Middle East countries have certain things against Qatar's policy, and three of them are members of the GCC political and economic alliance. Those countries say that Qatar doesn't respect the 2014 Agreement, and they would like a regime change in Qatar. In 2014 Qatar agreed to make a number of changes to its foreign policies, such as restricting Al Jazeera criticism of Egypt, Saudi Arabia and other countries. Qatar also agreed to prevent Doha-based Muslim Brotherhod leaders from appearing on Al Jazeera network. Since Muslim Brotherhood rose to power in Egypt in 2012, conservative monarchies in the Middle East have been dedicating huge resources to prevent the spread of reformist ideologies. It's easy to see that those countries who want to close Al Jazeera and its comprehensive and impartial coverage of events around the world, would like to keep Middle East frozen, in a state of crude oil autocracy.

As above mentioned, this conflict may be resolved through dialogue between disputing parties and diplomatic intevention on the part of UN and perhaps other countries like Kwait. They have to sit down and talk in rational concrete realistic terms about what could be done. Qatar agrees about mediation, but Saudi Arabia, Egypt, UAE and Bahrain insist there will be no solution unless an Agreement on their thirteen demands. Those four countries, which have been severing ties with Qatar since 5th June, mainly have demanded to cut off ties with Iran and stop financing terrorist organizations. That's why  experts, diplomats and politicians are talking about mediation.

Qatar is not only home of the largest US military base, it also hosts Turkish soldiers. The blockading countries have demanded  Qatar to expelling Turkish troops and shut down Al Jazeera. The Shiite Arab world, and some Middle East countries, such as Turkey, say that Gulf states are violating Qatar's sovereignity.
In this perspective, the US are in a unconfortable position, considering that, on a one hand, Qatar hosts the largest US military base. On the other hand, the US has recently approved the sale to Saudi Arabia of up to 153 tanks, hundreds of machine guns and other military gear in a deal Worth 1.15 billion Dollar. That's why we have recently seen some changes in the US position: since the last meeting with Kwait's Emir, President Trump has begun to talk about the unity of Gulf countries. And once again we have heard the word "mediation", a process where a neutral third party, such as Kwait or the US, assists others to mediate dispute in the aim to encourage a more equal balance of power in the Middle East, between the Sunny Arab world and the community of Shiites.

The only religion with a doctrine of warfare

In 2015 during a coordinated suicide bomb-attack 130 people were killed in Paris and St. Denis, and a suicide bombing in Belgium killed 32 civilians. On 14th July, 2016, 86 people were killed in Nice while they were celebrating Bastille day. And this year attackers in London, Manchester, Berlin and Barcelona killed 62 people.

Considering the amount of people  killed in Western countries by Islamist  extremists, we may argue that those bomb-Attacks can't be categorized as terrorism. The use of violence, which we have seen in the last three year in Paris, Brussels, Manchester, Barcelona, London and Berlin, isn't in order to achieve political aims or to force  the government to do something. It's really a war. According to Robert Spencer, "Islam is not  moderate or peaceful. It's the only religion with a doctrine  of warfare".
