Trevignano Romano

Just three photos of a small town located on the volcanic lake Bracciano (Central Italy). With a population of about 5,000, it is less than 50 km away from Rome. I went to Trevignano Romano this week, where I enjoyed its historic center.

In the hills North of Trevignano Romano there is evidence of settlements that date back to the 8th century BC. Its historical center and lakefront promenade are also pleasant places to visit.

I noticed there is a traditional community there that live for that small town and its surroundings, with the goal of becoming more economically and ecologically sustainable. 🌲🌲 🚴‍♂️🚴‍♀️🌳🌳

Greetings from Italy  🇮🇹
