Fueling the Ukraine-Russia war by sending weapons to Kyiv

With regards to the ongoing armed conflict in East Europe, I think that opposing the horrible hypocrisy of fueling the Ukraine-Russia war by sending weapons to Kyiv's government is not anti-EU. It's not anti-Ukrainian. It's not pro-Russian. The European working class have nothing to gain from this war, and everything to lose.

Not to mention of a list of ongoing armed conflicts that are taking place around the world. There are wars in Ethiopia and Yemen, and an humanitarian catastrophe in Afghanistan and Myanmar.

  4. Giorgio I hope that Russia will regret this war greatly. Unfortunately, I don't believe that Putin and his sick buddies will stand trial... :(

    1. Ukraine started this war back in 2014, shelling the Donbass, killing women, the elderly and children. During the 2019 presidential election, Zelensky promised that Ukrainian forces would no longer bomb Donbas if he was elected president. He was chosen, and Donbass is still on fire.
Zelensky should be tried for his crimes. The Russian army does not kill civilians. These are our brothers.

    2. To Anna and Irina:
I think it should firstly be held an international criminal prosecution against those people & political leaders who voluntarily killed civilians in Yemen, Libya, Syria, Palestine, Gaza Strip, etc. ... then we can talk about crimes agaist humanity in the Ukraine-Russia war.

    1. True!
Multinational companies involved in weaponry & anti-missile systems production, export and delivery ... they will be the winners.

      Have a nice week :-)

  6. Now Europe is not led by the leaders that were before. Modern prime ministers and presidents of the European Union do not care about the interests of their countries, do not care about the needs of their population. Many are only interested in the dollars they will receive from the US. Therefore, they try to shout harder and harder about Russian aggression. This is how the presidents of Poland, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia behave. When did Russia threaten them? It never happened!
And Olaf Scholz is not a man at all, but a piece of toilet paper. He can't even defend himself. The Ukrainians constantly insult him, but he only remains silent and sniffs, and does everything that Zelensky asks. Scholz says one thing and does another. He cannot be trusted. You can’t trust Zelensky, who constantly lies. You can't trust crazy Biden.

  10. It's clear that N.A.T.O. wins against UE. The thing I think is very strange is that an important decision like the one decided by the German Government to send to Kyiv tanks, many tanks, with the risk of a Russian attack against not only Germany but also other UE countries, has been decided by Germany on her own, but a decision (technically In Italian are "Le Direttive" not to confuse with "I Regolamenti: "Le Direttive" have to be recipt by the States then become "esecutive", "I Regolamenti" become immediately "esecutivi" for all the members), about "ok" of eating crickets, grasshoppers and migratory locusts, all the members were called together to take the decision. Unbelievable!

    1. As you know, I disagree on delivering weapons to Kyiv, due to the fact that there are countries (mainly USA & UK and their multinational companies) that would like to see a neverending war in East Europe. Not to mention of triggering other wars in Iran and Taiwan.
With regards to the export of German tanks, I think this topic has nothing to do with the EU' law (ratione materiae), as it is a matter of national security. National security is a useful mask for EU countries that would like to export weapons and anti-missile systems to Ukrane and fuel war in East Europe.
Consequently, although EU regulations are self-executing, I think delivering of weaponry and anti-missile systems to Kyiv can't consider as an infringement of the EU law.
Thank you for sharing your point of view, Daniele :-)

    2. I totally agree with you, Giorgio. And the only winners here are those supplying the weapons.

    3. True, Veronica! Unfortunately, some countries are compelled to fuel wars around the world. Poor Ukrainian people fell in their trap.
